Need a way to scan formatted "tickets", OCR/extract the data from the fields on the tickets and insert into Excel.

Great if the software could be white labeled. Purchased vs SAAS.

The only Adobe products that I can think of that support scanning and OCR are the Acrobat products (Acrobat DC and Acrobat Mobile Reader). Getting the recognized text into another file format like Excel is a job for advanced scripts or actual programs or plugins.

I suggest you ask your question in the Acrobat Scanning and OCR forum. I can move this thread if you’d like, or you can ask your question again there knowing that you are looking for an Acrobat solution.

Hi Murcon.

Is this a feature request for Capture? Or did you mean to post in a different forum?

Just wanted to check because I don't believe that this type of functionality is even being considered for Capture.
