Unable to use and edit the library elements in these CC Libraries

Can someone tell me why I'm unable to use and edit the library elements in the libraries listed here:

-Your Photoshop Patterns

-Your Photoshop Shapes

-Your Photoshop Swatches

-Your Photoshop Brushes

-Your Photoshop Styles

Also, why do these libraries exist despite having no assets in them:

-Your Toolkit

-Your Photoshop Gradients

Why were these read-only library elements created?

Thanks for raising the concern. These read only libraries are auto created by Adobe applications and are used for internal purposes. We will be hiding these libraries to the users in our future releases.
