Yes, both the forumns and in-app feedback are ways to send feature requests to Capture team.

In general, for mobile apps like Capture without a presence on UserVoice, the best way to make suggestions or feature requests is through the in-app feedback (found in the settings section of the app). 

In this case, I agree... the AR cut and paste demo is really slick!
