I understand that Capture works on most Android phones operating on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or higher, but it would be REALLY nice if it were available on tablets that have far more capabilities than the minimum phone requirements. Mostly, I would like to be able to utilize this product on devices with a larger format than my phone. It's frustrating that I can't unless I am an Apple user willing to shell out at least 2x as much on a comparable product. Are there plans to expand the product so that it is available on Android tablets? I imagine I am not the only one who would like this. . .
Hi N810.
I haven't forgotten about you... This device is not supported. I suspect it's because Capture is only supported on the more common, higher-end devices. BUT... I'm waiting to get confirmation about that from the product team.
I've also asked them to recommend a device. (I don't believe there are plans to support the Kindle Fire platform, but I never say never...)
I'll post as soon as I hear back.
Sue.

Hi N810.
Capture is supported on many Android tablets. Are you unable to install it on your tablet?

I have tried two separate tablets (one of which is BRAND new), and I have not been able to install it on either of them. Moreover, in reading over your section on compatible devices it specifies Android phones, not Android tablets, and everything I found in the forums pretty much said it didn't work on tablets. Can you please give me the MINIMUM requirements to run Capture on an Android tablet?

Hi N810.
Tablets have been supported since version 2.4. That said, I know that not all tablets are supported; I've emailed the product team for more information about those which are/are not.
In the meantime it might be helpful if you can tell me which devices you've tried to install Capture on and what version of Android they're running (I currently have it installed on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3).
I'll post as soon as I hear back from the product team.
Sue.

This is the brand new tablet that I was unable to install it on.

I understand that there are a plethora different tablets out there, and there is no way to include them all, but if the product page included the minimum specifications for Android tablets, or even mentioned them, it would be helpful.
Additionally, are there any plans to include a a Kindle Fire Platform for Adobe products? They have one of the best tablets out there for the money, but to the best of my knowledge, Adobe is not compatible at this time.
