I cancelled my cc full plan when Adobe Muse was slated for EOL but retained the free plan with 2GB of storage. There is nothing in the storage in the folder on my desktop or online in the files or archived files and yet the cc app will not sync because as it says in the app my cc is out of storage.

I have the photo plan (photoshop and lightroom) with 20GB included cloud storage. I have nothing stored in the cloud and yet both the desktop app and lightroom CC report my cloud storage is almost full (17.3 GB of 20GB of available storage used). Of course there is a prompt to purchase more storage.

I'm having this same problem. I get this message "Your cloud storage is almost full Upgrade to keep things running smoothly Upgrade". it's very annoying.

I'm having this problem. Mine says I've used 211/200Gb but i habe never attempted to put anything in there unless it happened automatically without my knowledge. Every way i can think of to try view the files in there shows me i have nothing in there. Thing is i dont want anything in there unless i specify i want it in there. And what the heck is in there if I've exceeded my limit?

Same as everyone else I have 21gb used in 20gb photo plan. When I first downloaded photoshop and lightroom it automatically did something and then told me cloud was full. Today I decided to delete whatever it auto uploaded but there isn't anything.

Same here... Have photo package and it says I've used 21 of 20Gb cloud storage though I never uploaded anything intentionally, nor can I find anything when I look in files or "deleted". Looks like this has been a problem for a while now, so how about fixing it?? I dropped Adobe CC once already for bad customer service and really would like to have this stuff work right instead of having to use another product from another company.

Would be easier to share info about our plans and where we're seeing this information if we could paste a screenshot here, but I'm having the same issue with my photo plan, saying 21/20 Gb, can't upload anything and never have to the best of my knowledge, nor will it show me anything that has supposedly been uploaded to the cloud. Nothing selectable showing in files or under deleted.

Hi, I just started using my Adobe subscription and Lightroom CC automatically synchronized my files. My cloud is now full. However, when I access my Assets Website, it is empty!!!!!! Isn't that a good way to make users pay by increasing their memory? Be carrefull Adobe, that lacks fairplay! Thank you for telling me how I can delete my invisible photos in my space! François

Similar issue. I was 100% full after importing a bunch of lightroom pictures, so I deleted all the photos that had been uploaded to the cloud, and I permanently deleted them as well. Still shows as 100% full, so nothing new is being uploaded. Why would I pay to upgrade to add more space when my allotted 20 GB is not usable? This borders on fraud - the cloud simply does not work as advertised.
