Discover Issue 1/19/21 says this library is free to download, but there are no download links

DIscover email "Free bright balloon messages.
Download all 18 .PSD files or just the ones that speak to you."
They appear but don't download.

Hello: Thank you for sharing this, as the language used is incorrect. Elements in a Library are not downloaded. Instead, click the button that says "Follow Library" on the main page, and it will automatically appear in your Adobe applications in the Libraries panel, so you can use them in your own work, without needing to sync, import, or export.
