The CC Libraries Panel freeze

The CC Libraries Panel freeze and I can’t change library. When I choose an image, the wrong image is pasted into InDesign 16.0.

I am adding elements to my library on Illustrator and when I move to InDesing the library freezes and is not updated like it used to be.

I can't change libraries or click anywhere in the library panel. I have to restart Illustrator. It works for about an hour or so then does this again.

Experiencing issues with Libraries panel. Once I like on an asset, it freezes and I have to restart Illustrator everytime I want to use the Library. Then it becomes unresponsive again.

Hi Adobe, I'm having issues with the libraries function freezing in my apps, and also not working when I have both Illustrator and Photoshop open at the same time. I've tried closing and reopening and the usual fixes but its still frozen.

We have a fix in the upcoming Illustrator 25.4 and is already available on pre-release.

You can download this from the pre-release section of the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Can you try this out and confirm if this resolves the problem for you.

Note: Illustrator should be shown in the prerelease section of Creative Cloud App(Not Beta). If you dont see the pre-release section, you can enroll to pre-release by

1) navigate to https://www.adobeprerelease.com/
2) search for Illustrator CC program and apply.
3) Once this is approved, you will be notified over email and then should start seeing v25.4 in the prerelease section of Creative Cloud App.
