To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign in to Creative Cloud

Whenever I need to access the CC Libraries for my logo in my Graphics class, it says "oops, page not available. To use Creative Cloud libraries, please sign into Creative Cloud." I'm clearly signed into Creative Cloud if I'm in InDesign (what I'm using) and it's very upsetting.

Hi all,

Sorry, you're facing this problem. Could you please try:

Follow the steps from Solution 2 in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html

Make sure you've killed CCLibraries process in Task Manager / Activity Monitor, as well as quitting all Adobe related products. This is mentioned in steps 1 and 2 of the article, but I wanted to point it out because it's important.

Let me know if the issue still exists after following these steps!

Thank you,
Akshay

I am having the same issue. I tried clearing my cache, and signing out and back into everything, and that didn't help, but when I restarted my computer, it was working. I went to do some other work, and when I came back to illustrator, the error was back.

Yep, same issue here. It's only a major issue in Illustrator; in PS and ID the issue appears to resolve itself after a minute or two.

Same here! Its a real pain - I have to stop what I'm working on, save, shut down AI and restart for it to resolve... and that may not sounds like it is a big deal, but it sorta is when you have to do it multiple times a work day!

I am having this issue in Illustrator the most, and it's been happening for a few months. I was holding out to see if an update would fix it but it's still happening almost daily and I can't use my libraries at all now. This is seriously frustrating as I have a lot of close deadlines, please help!
