Having this problem too. I get comments through when a piece of work is being reviewed. Just clicking on one message will open up the asset in my browser and I can view all comments that way. But the rest of the comments in the notifications drop-down on the CC app remain unread. I then have to click them all to mark them as read (opening up a million tabs) or I have to click the three dot icons next to each one and dismiss or mark as read, which doesn't always stay open so I end up clicking the message, opening up a new tab, etc. It would be much easier to have a little button on the top right of the panel saying "mark all as read".
