We incorporate Share For Review to proof most, if not all, of our marketing assets, specifically in InDesign. The main need would be saving versions of review updates. I work in separate documents and then move into a review document to create a redundancy for corruption errors. Mostly, I remember to double-check all of the comments before deleting the previous pages and updating the new content, but there have been instances where I didn't catch something and then the comments are all "unmapped" without any way of going back. If each update link saves as a version in cloud, then I could go back to review in case this happens or the file is corrupted.
