Disable Cloud Storage

We are a government organization with strict data residency requirements.

Please add the ability to fully disable Adobe cloud storage (specifically in Creative Cloud Enterprise and Acrobat Pro Enterprise for our purposes).

Agreed. It is baffling why this is not an option.

We also need the Adobe Cloud to be completely deactivated.

This is something that we would like to request too.

Besides disabling cloud storage, I like to request to give administrator the ability to control how much each quota each user can use.
