Adobe CC Color not loading in Chrome

Hello!

This has been an ongoing problem that seems to be getting worse. I can visit the color wheel on Adobe CC Color's website without issue. However, when I try to view color.adobe.com/explore it never loads anymore in Chrome. I'm on the most current versions of everything, it works fine in Safari (can have both browsers up and Safari opens without issue while Chrome just stays at the website background with a loading spinner), but I can't get it to load in Chrome. Super frustrating. I've turned off all third party blockers for this site/allowed cookies, etc. to no avail. If I do get Chrome to work, I can browse a super short time before I get the "We're experiencing a problem, try back later" message and no more theme will load. The color panel in any of the apps also will not load Explore. Any thoughts y'all?

I have had the same problem both in Chrome and Edge,  but it only seems to be an issue if you are signed in.

If you sign out it loads up fine.

I hope this helps someone pinpoint the issue .

I only recently started using the adobe color wheel during the past month . Initially it worked in chrome. Now  I cant even get the color.adobe.com website to appear. It has been suggested that you sign out to get to the color wheel. How do you do that if the Url does not even bring up the page.  I can only make use of this utility while  using the Safari browser.

Hello Bruce,

There was an update to the service recently which might be the cause of your issues.  Can you clear the browser cache and try again or try the site in private/incognito mode.

I need Adobe color to work seamlessly and without fail, I ve been jumping through hoops with this web site for months and its alway a pain. obviosly this is a feature that is important to Adobe users and not having this built in to photo shop and illutrator is rediculous. I need a color wheel pallette generator built in and the ability change color schemes on the fly.  I need more flexability with the work flow so i can customize the way I choose to work with color. This would be helpful. thanks

Thank you for providing feedback to us on this. Can you please try an incognito window and let us know if it works there. That will rule out some caching/cookie issue.
And if the issue still persists, please share a suitable time and we can get into a meeting with you, to check on your issue.
