I have been trying to login to Adobe Color for weeks (definitely over a month) and am experiencing the same issue. My Themes tab is not loading, it either shows me a black screen or reloads the previous page I was on. I am logged in with my Adobe ID (adrianmwhite@gmail.com). When I click Create and Explore they load properly.
I have cleared my cache and nothing has worked. Currently using Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106.
