Colour Change?

This may be old hat to most of you but being new I will share my problem.

I have a professionally taken photograph of my daughter in her wedding dress which was Ivory in colour but on the prints (again profesionally produced) it comes out White. It also comes out white on any that I print, from a USB pen the photographer supplied. How can I get the dress to change colour without effecting the colour balance of the whole photograph.

I am using Photoshop CC 2017.
