Enter Hex values in 'Create' tab

It looks like the option to enter a hex value, rather then RGB, HSL etc when defining a colour on the wheel has been removed or am I just missing it?  Used to be under the RGB values, really useful for me. Do we have to stick to RGB etc values now?

Remember that HEX is simply another way of writing RGB.
