Getting complementary colors inside Photoshop during photo editing

New Here ,
May 23, 2025 May 23, 2025

I want to edit a photo and while editing, check for the complementary colors for the some specific color inside the image. This would be so that I can check and edit parts of the image so that they match the complementary color that I want. Is this possible without the color theme tool that Adobe removed a few years back? I don't really want to create a jpeg, use the Adobe color online tool and again come back to photoshop etc.

 Here is a work around:
Open the document that you want to have complimentary colours with:
2) double click on the colour box

3) select the colour using the eyedropper tool
3a) Copy the hex code.

Open Adobe Colour
1) Clear the unnessary boxes maybe have 2 or 3

2) Put the Hex code into the box

 3) choose complimentary colour

Save in a library of your choice.
