No colour theme found uploading any image

I tryed to upload many images, also a screenshot from the suggested themes and always got the reply "no color theme found".

Anyone has the same problem?

You find the error screenshot and one of the file I used for searching.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion to fix the problem.

I went into Adobe Colour: Extract Colour to get a colour theme.


You can move the cirles to different parts of the screen to capture a different colour of your choosing.
