I had an Adobe Kuler account before everything changed over to the new site. I lost access to that account after the security breach when Adobe forced everyone to reset their password. I was unable to reset my password because my account was attached to a work email address that I no longer had access to. Over the last few years, I sent emails to Adobe Kuler support (before the switch to color.adobe) multiple times and never got a response. I have made repeated attempts because I really want my account recovered. It has been sitting inactive for years because I have been unable to get help with this.
On the new adobe Color site there is an option to send feedback to the team, you can use that to share your request with them
