Access to Past Document

I have a school account, and I have for three years. Many of the projects from the past are no longer downloadable because it says it has paid content. I got some email that said I needed to toggle between my personal and business account, but I have only ever had an enterprise account. The school also pays for me to have a Creative Cloud account, so I'm not sure what possible pay wall there could be???

First of all, I'm sorry for the issues you've encountered. 

Are you willing to update the fonts from one of your projects to a different font (free) to see if this solves the problem?

Be aware that you may not return to the old font.
