Hello. I cannot use addons. There is no button on the left side of the workspace for addons. Other people have told me to look for the button there when I have a document open. It does not appear.
If you've not tried yet, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
