I thought it was strange yesterday that my entire brand library was deleted from Express. I reuploaded my assets, fonts, and color themes only to find today that they were again wiped clean. Please help.
Ensure that you're signed into the correct Adobe account. Sometimes, if you're logged into a different account, your assets might not appear. Double-check to confirm that your Adobe ID matches the one linked to your brand assets.
Sometimes clearing your browser cache or the app’s temporary files may help reset any local synchronization issues.
You can also try checking on incognito tab to see if the problem persists.
