Adobe Express bricht beim Herunterladen/Erstellen eines Reels ständig ab

Browser Micrsoft Edge mit Adobe Express Premium

Das Herunterladen eines Reels bricht nach wenigen Prozenten ab und es erfolgt die Aufforderung:
"Beim Herunterladen der Datei ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es erneut."
Vor 2 Stunden kam stattdessen die Meldung, das "Die Adobe Stock-Dienste sind vorübergehend ausgefallen. Versuche es später erneut oder kontaktiere den Adobe Support, um Hilfe zu erhalten."

Ich versuche jetzt seid einigen Stunden das Reel zu erstellen. Ich muss es morgen abgeben, da ich mein Geld damit verdiene. Das ist der Grund "Warum es so wertvoll für mich ist!" Gleiches passiert auf dem IPHONE 14Plus, also offensichtlich ein Softwarebug!

Due to the massive AWS outage that occurred on Oct 20th, 2025, a subset of Adobe products and services hosted experienced performance issues. Both Adobe Express and Adobe Stock were included in the affected product and services. So the issue you faced might be due to the same outage.

 

I suggest trying to log in to the Adobe Express app using a desktop browser after clearing its cache/cookies and let us know about yo
