Adobe express can't download

Hello, I am having an issue with Adobe Express. Recently for some reason I can’t download a project. I was trying to edit pdf file (adding and removing pages and resizing pages). When I complete the editing, I’ve tried to download it to my computer and I got an error message saying that the download failed. Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please try these troubleshooting steps and let us know if they help.

• Try downloading in a few different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4hG2MGg
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/3QmTmUh
• Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and downloading from there
