Adobe Express download issue

New Here ,
Aug 31, 2023 Aug 31, 2023
When trying to download an MP4 file created in Adobe Express I get the error message that a file is being uploaded. I have tried everything to fix this, including editing and re-uploading images, clearing caches on my computer, exiting the program and starrtng again. Previously I haven't had this issue.

Hi @default31996525anzbo4 ,

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please try using a different browser (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Also, please confirm if it is happening with all files or a particular one.

Thank you,

Neelam

For missing files, you should be able to transfer all files and folders from the previous version of Adobe Express in a few steps.

  1. From Home, navigate to Your Stuff.
  2. Select "Access files" on the blue tile - this will take you to the folder organizer where your old files & folders live.
  3. Select the "Move all folders and files" option from the right corner.
  4. Select "Move for desktop" on notification.

To move an individual file, hover over the file and select "Move file" then select "Convert for desktop" on notification.
