@matthew30612975jopo, yesterday Express did have a problem with PDF downloads that was causing a similar behavior, but it has since be resolved. If you are still having issues, please reply again and I can help sort out what is going on.
Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when exactly you get this error? Which file format are you trying to download? Did you try downloading the file in another format?
Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
