I have been using canva for the past year or so, and was delighted to know that Adobe had their version where I could hook up to instagram and facebook. And it was included with my typical paid for subscription which was a plus. However, I can make great designs/posts but when it goes to the scheduler and gets posted they are junk. Blurry, every part of them. Unless it's an asset/text/picture that is already in the Adobe Express app. Anything that I bring in, comes out blurry. I tried just downloading the file to bring over to Meta. the PNG/JPEG Files are blurry. The PDF file is ok. But of course you can't use a PDF file for posting. I even tried to export from the PDF to PNG that I downloaded straight from Adobe Express. Blurry. Other things I have seen in the forum that I have tried:
1. Changing from Chrome to Safari.
2. Clearing Cache and cookies.
3. Making files huge before going into Adobe Express.
4. Signing in and out on both Safari and Chrome.
For me, I like the program, but if this can't be fixed it's too many steps, and isn't usable.
