Hi, there is an issue with the Adobe Express Library that has been recurring. I'm sharing my library with multiple accounts to allow them to use our templates. Lately, they have reported that choosing a template and clicking 'Start a new file' doesn't work at all. I have also tested it myself; when I click 'Start a new file,' for a brief moment, I see the loading message, but then it disappears, and there is no new template available. Could you please urgently address this issue? (For your information: We have already tested the issue with multiple accounts, in different browsers, and have also cleared the browser cache. It seems to be a technical issue.) Thanks.
ADDITION: I would like to highlight that the library consists of templates created using both the new and old Adobe Express. The problem arises specifically with templates generated using the old Adobe Express, as they cannot be opened. Previously, we did not encounter this issue, and the templates made with the new Adobe Express are functioning normally.
