Adobe Express Library is missing some folders

I cant access all of my folders in the library from Adobe Express anymore. I can still access from other adobe products.
Originally these folders and files could be accessed from the "Your Stuff" menu within express.

Now most of the folders including the brand libraries are missing i.e. are not showing at all.
