Adobe Express Offline Error

Urgent help is required! Every time I try to access my files in Adobe Express it comes up with the following error. You’re offline Please check your network connection. We’ll reconnect you once you’re back online. I am not offline! How do I fix this? I have cleared my cache, logged out & logged back in but no success.

Thanks for your response.

After two days of struggling getting Adobe express working, the error has magically disappeared today.
Just letting you know that the link you included has a 404 error.
