Adobe Express Video not downloading files on company devices

For the past month or so I have become unable to download videos from Adobe Express Online Video Editor onto my company devices -- however I am able to log in to this same Adobe account on my personal devices and download the files just fine. My company IT has not been able to determine the issue. I would appreciate any troubleshooting recommendations to help figure this out. Thank you.

Can you once try in incognito mode and see if it is working or not.

Also please help use with following details:
1.) Is the progress bar going till 100% and then file is not saved on your device or progress is stuck at 0%.
2.) Are you able to download files from other adobe apps (like photoshop web, illustrator on web).
3.) Are you able to download files from other third party websites ?
4.) It would be faster if you can share your document id or account id, you can use DM for that.
