I created numerous (and valuable) company presentations in Adobe Spark and under my username eliza.ann@zeitilin.com. After Adobe forced the purchase of Express, somehow I ended up with 2 accounts connected to my license (my personal one, which should NOT be) and ALL of my Adobe Sparks are gone. I have tried EVERYTHING mentioned online to try and revive them. They appeared on one occasion since moving to this paid account. Not even sure how this happened. I truly need your help associating them with my correct account and remove my personal (eliza.ann@live.com) from my company account. Zeitlin SIR pays a large fee to Adobe every month and I've asked the reps that ask for more business for help - which they never respond. I'm sure you can understand why this is frustrating and thank you, in advance, for your help. Eliza Ann
