Adobe Support - Please Respond and Update with ETAs

Adobe, when are you going to admit this was a colossal failure and give us some actual information on when we can expect the MYRIAD of issues to be fixed? Perhaps you should really consider shutting it down and just rebooting the previous version until you can launch an update that is BETTER, not WORSE than the previous version. Come on Adobe, time to step up to the plate and do something. Keeping us all in the dark is not winning you any brownie points; and I am betting it is losing you some long-time customers. Express users at the very least.

Adobe, you are quickly losing my trust in web-based software. The best part about having standalone software on my computer is that I can always go back to the previous version if necessary and I don't have to worry about someone messing with my file organization structure. Bad, Adobe. Bad! Worst update launch since I have been using your software (which is the early 1990s)!

Hi @Mark Nickel ,  this forum is a community we are not Adobe or Adobe employees. Adobe employees can answer or share in this forum but first it's a community to help each others.
I understand your frustation but i can share this and already in this place to help 😉

1. Missing features: Team working on bringing these back:

· Collage / Layout

· Circular Text Effects

· Lightroom integration

· Ability to paste Emojis in text editor

· Reverse Video

· Change Video Speed Quick Actions

2. Browser support: Firefox and other browsers will be supported soon. For now the preference is as below:

You can use Adobe Express on desktop on the following browsers: Google Chrome (version 100 and onwards), Microsoft Edge (version 107 and onwards), and Safari (version 16 and above)

3. File migration:

If you have not used the mobile app in 2023, your files will automatically be migrated to the new version of Adobe Express on desktop upon your first log-in after launch.

All files from the previous version of Adobe Express will be editable in the new version of Adobe Express on desktop except for SVG files (including QR codes) which will be available to download, and Spark Video files which will only be available to download as an mp4.

If you have used both the desktop and mobile app versions of Adobe Express in 2023, none of your files will be migrated yet in case you still want to access them on the mobile app. You can move individual files manually once you have logged into the new desktop experience by following the steps below. Please note: Once you move your files on desktop you will no longer be able to open and edit them in the mobile app.

1. Log into Adobe Express on desktop

2. From Home navigate to Your Stuff

3. Click on blue tile that says “Access my files” - this will take you to the prior file organizer where your files live.

4. Hover over the file you want and select “Move file”

5. Select “Continue” on notification

6. The file will be moved and will no longer be available for you to open and edit in the mobile app. Cross-platform editing will return when the all-new version of Adobe Express comes to mobile.

All files from the previous version of Adobe Express will be editable in the new version of Adobe Express on desktop except for SVG files (including QR codes), and Spark Video files which will only be available to download as an mp4.

Thanks for the summary. Now, If I were to migrate one of my websites to the "new" Adobe Express. After updating the website the URL would change to the new domain. This would be a total disaster, I need my website to keep the same URL. Is this possible, and how?

Thanks,
