converted WMV file to MP$ then wantged to save it, can't find save button did download and it gets an error after 21%. Tried two browsers same issuie

Once you upload a video to Adobe Express, there's auto-saving. What browsers did you use for downloading? You can see more details on the system requirements here.

We recommend checking the Internet connection and clearing the caches and cookies. Can you share a screenshot of the error message?
