All media and templates frozen

Since the update, I have been unable to utilize either the template or media function. They either will not load or dont respond if thewy do. This update has been a downgrade in every sense.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with the app. Our developers are making many improvements to the software improving performance and bringing back features which were removed https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/updates-for-the-new-adobe-express-as-of-sep... Hopefully the software is working better for you now?
