All My Folders Gone???

I have been an avid user of Adone Sprak for over 8 years. Whilst i apreocate updates means we have to learn the ropes again, all those years of filing - GONE.

How can you do such an pudayte and NOT warn is this would happen - I see that I am not the onyl perosn to share this concern, im actually speechless right now? Please tell us these can be retrieved and that were just not looking in the right area?

I manage 4 business, each have 1-2 folders each in Spark - what on earth do we do now?

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share a screen shot of what you see at 
https://new.express.adobe.com/ or wherever you're looking and seeing the missing files? Do you regularly work on mobile?

Do the projects appear on your mobile device?

We understand the frustration and difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express.

We've been working on improving the app experience and have come up with updates that might help you with these issues. Same issues here. All folders are gone. And there is no Blue Tile that says "access files". This is why we should stick to graphics software that you can purchase and is not in the cloud. Affinity is a nice option! Like Adobe used to be before the cloud, only much less expensive (like $49) and no subscription required.

If I don't find my files/folders I'm done with Adobe.

I do not have a blue tile that says "access files" under "my stuff". In fact, I have NOTHING under "My Stuff". No folders. No files.

Thanks for checking those recommendations. Could you also please check if the missing projects appear at https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects ? This is where they would appear if they weren't migrated yet to preserve editing on mobile.

I apologize for my frustration and speaking too soon. It appears I have two spark (express) accounts - one under my business email and one under my personal email. The majority of my projects and folders are for work so I logged into the account under my work email address, when in fact all my folders are in my account under my personal email address. 
I have found all the folders, and now see how adobe has made the files to be stored in my adobe cloud which is quite impressive. 
Again I'm sorry for the lash out and hope others will find their folders too, and be sure to check if they have multiple accounts.
