All of my files have been wiped!

I was trying to download a creation and there was an error. The download would not proceed. I cancelled the download and refreshed the page to find that all of my projects are gone.

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you double check you are logging in with the correct adobe id (if you have a Personal as well as Company/School account, files are not shared between those two)

 

Otherwise, your files should be in https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files or a folder contained within it.


If you don't see them, please make sure:

- You are logged in with the correct adobe id

- Also check https://assets.adobe.com and https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

 

If you still can't find them, please send me a direct message including your adobe id (email that you log in with). It would help to know when you created and last accessed the missing files.
