All Projects Missing in Adobe Express

Beta version of Express took over and all previous projects are missing. Please help to recover work.

Could you navigate to https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects and check if your missing projects appear there?

I am experiencing the same thing. When I click the link suggested all of my folders are empty.
