Alt-Text for Images Missing

The Alt-Text option is missing for images, which isn't accessible. This should be standard for accessibility.

Scheduler - for social media posts. It was an option before the recent update but unless I'm missing something it's not available currently.

I am having the same issue. The Alt-Text option just disappeared.
