my iphone has not allowed me to move past the landing screen of the app. it never activates. the only way i can activate my account is via web which is irritating. i feel like i shout get credited for the last few months.

Are you still facing this issue? If so, can you share a screen recording? Also, please share the device make and model details also you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app once to see if it makes any difference.
