1. Could you check volume & mute settings on your device and within the Express preview?

2. Use a supported audio format: MP3 and WAV work best.

3. Ensure the file isn't too large—large audio files might fail to load.

4. Reimport the audio: Delete and re-add the audio clip to your project.

5. If the app version causes issues, preview it in the browser (on desktop)—this can help isolate the problem.

If you're on mobile, try closing and reopening the app. On a desktop, switching browsers (Chrome or Edge) might also help.
