Audio sync and video freezing issues

When exporting video, I have had multiple instances where one of the scenes within the edit will freeze for a few seconds, or the entire audio track will be out of sync by up to around 2 seconds, for seemingly no reason. The clips uploaded were all fine, and even the preview on the editor was fine, it is only after downloading that these issues crop up.

Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser/incognito mode can do the trick!

I've been trying to share or download a video I created on my MacBook Pro, but have run into issues. I have cleared my browser's case and cookies and am still having issues when attempting to share the video, it is slow to load and would freeze at 43% completion. Similarly, trying to download the video would result in it freezing at 75%. Interestingly, when I opened the app on my phone, it seemed to allow me to schedule the upload/download, though I won't know if that was successful until tomorrow. While I've had some problems with the app before, I've never experienced freezing like this.
