Audio Will NOT upload to Adobe Express

I've tried restarting, clearing my cache, having different members of my team try to do the same thing. The audio upload on Adobe Express is completely bugged and needs to be fixed.

Can you please share the audio file format you're trying to upload to Adobe Express? Can you upload any other audio file? Have you tried uploading the same audio or any other audio to a new project just to see if it's an issue with the project, audio file, or the app? What is the size and length of the audio track you're using?

The audio file is an mp4. No other audio files work either. I've tried making a new blank document and JUST uploading the audio to that, and it still refuses to upload. The size of the audio is 854kb and around 2 minutes long.

Hey @ graceb20591999, can you share the project URL with edit access and the audio files with us so we can test them on our end? You can go ahead and do so by sending us a community DM We'd then request access to it from our test account.

Could you please share the format of the audio file you’re trying to upload to Adobe Express? Are you able to upload any other audio files? Have you tried adding the same or a different audio file to a new project to check if the issue is with the project, the file, or the app? Also, what is the size and duration of the audio track?

Thanks for the details! Please try these steps: clear the app cache, restart Adobe Express, or reinstall the app. If the issue persists, share the project link with edit access via DM so we can test it on our end. Also, confirm if the MP3 file plays correctly outside Express.

nevermind i figured it out. i converted the mp4 to an mp3 and express accepts it now
