When I download the video, there's an annoying blinking between each scene. Transitions don't seem to fix the issue (Although transitions shouldn't be needed to fix the issue).
One other thing to check - and I had this problem myself - Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing. Trim those out and it should stop the flashing.
I'm having the same issue, the flickering moves too, so for example, I keep going back in to trim a bit off the end of the previous clip and a bit off the start of the next clip, to ensure there are no blank spaces causing the flicker, but then the flicker will be inbetween two other clips or just remain where it was. It's so frustrating.
