For a few days now, I’ve had some trouble with Adobe Express not loading assets. I’ve used Express almost every day for the past two years and I haven’t had this issue before.
I first noticed it when I was copying and pasting elements from one file to another — some of the things would not paste and I would get a red error banner at the bottom of the screen, and then I would get a “Something went wrong” message and the file would refresh. Instead of copy and pasting, I would try to select the same asset from my asset collection, but I still get the same error. This has happened on multiple assets and on multiple files.
I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies, switching browsers, trying incognito mode, logging in and out, and restarting, but nothing has fixed the issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?
