My brand updates are syncing to the mobile app. It's beyond frustrating. And the when applying the brand, it's chooses colors that aren't in the brand profile.
Did you recently make any changes to your brands from the desktop app? If yes, post changes will not take place. You will not be able to apply your brand on mobile. The new Adobe Express is coming to mobile soon, and you can create and apply Brands on mobile at that time.
Hi Tarun, Can you let us know when the brands functionality will work on Express... super frustrating! The hope is that we can be creative, but it forces us into the basic fonts and standards that any basic social app has, with even less user friendliness and features. I will definitely need to rethink why I am so loyal to adobe products. Please help!
It depends on the tutorials. Check the date closely, if they're from 2022 or earlier, there are great chances that they're outdated as the interface have changed recently
Do you know more or less by when this feature will be back or when this "update" of the Adobe Express Mobile will be functional and sync DESKTOP brands to MOBILE?
I am also having this issue. I paid for this app to easily apply brand colors especially to my images and every time I have to add the colors with the hex code... each time! This has been an issue for a while so not sure why it has not been resolved yet,
