Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Do you still see the issue with the file being blurred? Is it happening with all files or a particular one? Which browser are you using?
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
Also, try restarting your computer.
From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5

I see you're having some kind of issue with the blur feature, but I'm not able to understand the issue with the information you've provided. Would it be possible to explain the issue more? Is the issue only when viewing your file, or does it occur when you download it, too?
