Using Old Express, I cannot access Media, Text, Elements and Grids. It just suddenly happened. I tried trouble shooting and no success. I am able to get them using BETA, but all my projects are on the Old Express.
I just saw your post. While I have not seen recent reports about this, I wanted to know if you still require help, as I've been unable to replicate this.
Could you please share more information about where you're trying to access those files from?
