I have a paid Enterprise account, which includes Adobe Express. Today, everything I try to download gives me an error message about paid content. Even when I created a graphic with a free image. What's going on?
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Are you seeing this message on a new project as well, or only those converted over from the previous version? And are you able to exercise other paid functionality like Resize?
If you have an Education account, could you please try again now as we've recently deployed a fix (if you have a browser window open on Adobe Express, be sure to refresh it first)?
