I have been dealing with the same issue for just this one file, it gets stuck at 90% everytime, everything else works fine.Screenshot 2024-09-22 at 12.25.11 AM.png

Lately, when I export my YouTube thumbnails, there is a white border around the image, almost like a thin vignette. I've used this application for months and have only seen this in the past month.

My original post didn't contain the necessary details, and I don't see an option to delete it, so I'm reposting with the required info.  I've also included a better example image.

 

Lately, when I export my YouTube thumbnails, there is a white border around the image, almost like a thin vignette. I've used this application for months and have only seen this in the past month.


Version of the app: web app
Platform and OS version: Edge browser on Windows 11 
Basic steps to reproduce the problem: export image, png
Expected result and actual result: whatever I see in the editor, without a white vignette around it.

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
