Can't Download Files from Adobe Express

When I try to download any of the files I've created I get an error that I am having a network connection issue. Everything else about my network connection on the adobe site and other sites works with no problem.  I have tried multiple internet connections with no change in the issue.

I'm having the same issue... doesn't matter where I'm at or what device I'm using.
